Rafa Bonet Trainer
A trainer with a method of his own and a business living inside WhatsApp: spreadsheets, form corrections by video and the same five questions every night. We built a site that explains the method, filters enquiries before the first call, and gives every client their own progress dashboard.

More calls, better filtered
The form captures goal, availability and starting point. The first call opens by talking about the plan instead of collecting data.

Less manual admin
The dashboard replaces spreadsheets built one by one, and the assistant answers at midnight what used to wait until the end of the day.

Problem diagnosis
All the follow-up lived in WhatsApp. Rafa sent spreadsheets, corrected form over video and answered the same five questions every night, so his bottleneck was never finding new clients: it was the time it took to hold on to the ones he already had.

The method first, colour second
Before settling on a single colour we placed the method: where in the scroll it shows up, how much text a visitor takes before being asked for anything, and where the first-call button belongs. On the left, the sketch; on the right, what went live.

Athletic, electric aesthetics
A dark design system with electric cyan, high-impact type and fully custom components, built to project authority and a distinctive style. The interface is deliberately futuristic: one of the goals was to lean on the technology angle to stand out, using cutting-edge tools. Dynamic charts for telemetry and a professional control panel round it off.
A dashboard of their own, and answers at any hour
The public site is built in full before it ships, so it opens fast on mobile data. The dashboard is the other half: each client signs in and loads only their own data, their week and their notes. And the assistant answers the recurring questions at midnight, passing on to Rafa only the ones that actually need him.

«I used to message him about every little thing and wait until the evening. Now I log in, see my week, and only ask what actually matters.»
Your method deserves better than a spreadsheet.
Instagram and WhatsApp bring you clients, but they don't hold the business up. You can't explain your method in a story, you can't show anyone their progress without building a document by hand, and every new enquiry starts over from scratch.
A site of your own as a trainer solves three things at once: it explains the method in the detail its price needs, it filters the people asking before they take up a call, and it gives every client somewhere to check their progress without messaging you. That is time going back into training.
We handle design, development and performance ourselves, with nothing subcontracted, and the site goes live in weeks rather than months.
